Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. You own the videos you export and can use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial projects and client work.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, directly from the billing page in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then switches to Free with no further charges.
What happens to my projects if I cancel?
Your projects stay in your account. After your paid period ends you move to the Free plan, and you can upgrade again anytime to get your exports, the transparent background and the brand kit back.
How long are my rendered videos available?
Rendered videos are available to download for 7 days after each render, then they are removed from storage. Your project configurations stay in your account, so you can re-render whenever you need a fresh copy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by emailing hello@motionk.it. Refunds are processed through Polar to your original payment method.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Just enter your billing details during checkout.
